Iron Phi monthly challenges span many types of athletic activities and offer participants unique opportunities to enhance their personal health and wellness in a given month. The monthly challenges can be used as an individual's Iron Phi athletic event or as opportunities to further engage with Iron Phi.
January 2025 Challenge - 31 Workouts in January
The calendar has turned to 2025, and what better way to stay active and support a great cause than to take on the Iron Phi January Challenge? We challenge you to carve out some time each day for a workout from January 1 - 31. You define the workout.
To complete this month's challenge:

Sign up for the January Iron Phi Challenge so we know you are participating.

Create your Iron Phi online fundraising page.
If you have already registered for Iron Phi, login and use that account to continue fundraising. -
Raise or donate $444 or more in January through your Iron Phi fundraising page.

Complete 31 workouts in January.
At the end of the month, we'll reach out to those who signed up for the challenge and raised $444+ to confirm completion of 31 workouts. We use the honor system. Those who complete the challenge will receive a challenge magnet to display with pride as well as any of our normal Iron Phi fundraising benefits achieved.
